Horses, Tarot, and the Cosmos…
Horses are attuned to the energetic field, picking up on emotions and dynamics that may not be fully conscious to us. Tarot and astrology are tools that also help to expand our conscious awareness through archetypal stories and the unveiling of patterns. Together, these modalities invite us into greater presence with all that is emerging, in and around us.
In loving partnership with Elizabeth Carden of Inner Freedom, I am delighted to offer readings and experiential sessions that combine tarot and astrology with horse medicine. This collaboration, which we call Circling Center, began in 2024 and continues to evolve and grow.
For the 2026 season, you can combine a tarot and/or astrology reading with a horse reiki session or herd experience session. We are also hosting group explorations of of our combined modalities through our Spiral Sessions, which are accessible introductions to this collaboration, and will take place from late spring to early fall.

This solo session combines a tarot and/or astrology reading with a herd experience session. Being with horses following a reading gives time for contemplation and integration, we sometimes find that themes from the reading are mirrored through the herd. Group Experiences

𖦹 Circling Center: The Descent of Venus𖦹

During this special Venus retrograde, we delve into the myth of Inanna’s descent to the underworld, the five-pointed cosmic cycle of Venus, and meet her in our birth charts anew.
The ancient Sumerian myth of Inanna’s descent to the underworld is one of humanity’s oldest living myths (circa 2100 B.C.E.). Based on the planet Venus’s retrograde cycle, this story illuminates her underworld journey from evening star to morning star, as she passes through the beams of the sun and fades from our earthly view.
With the Inner Freedom herd of horses and donkeys as guides, we will gather together during the Venus retrograde to deepen our exploration of this underworld journey and expand our personal relationship to Venusian themes and experiences. As the days darken, this is an opportunity to honor seasonal and cosmic cycles and receive wisdom from ancient knowledge and our deepest layers of self.
